Corporate Event Videography & Live Streaming — London
Multi-camera coverage, highlight reels, speaker interviews and live streaming for conferences, awards, panels and seminars.

I've been filming corporate events in London for nearly two decades — conferences, awards ceremonies, seminars, training days, panel discussions and product launches. A typical engagement covers all four of the deliverables event organisers actually need: a short promo edit, full session captures, speaker interviews, and (if needed) a live stream.
What we cover at an event
- Promo highlight reel — 90 seconds to 5 minutes, used to promote next year's event. Rough cut within a week.
- Multi-camera session capture — typically 3 cameras (speaker close-up, wide stage with screen, audience reaction). Optional 4th camera for slide close-ups.
- Speaker and delegate interviews — packaged as standalone content for your website, yearbook or social media.
- Live streaming — multi-camera live mix to YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn or your own platform, with on-screen titles and graphics.
- 360° video production — for VR headsets as well as conventional flat-screen playback, produced through our sister studio Catch Reality.
- Photography — combined photo/video crew on the same day, when needed.
Live streaming
From a single-camera stream to a fully mixed multi-camera production with titles, lower-thirds and live graphics. The stream is recorded, so you have a finished version of the session immediately — no extra editing costs. Remote viewers can comment and ask questions live.

Sound
Wherever possible we take a feed from the venue's mixing desk for clean speaker audio. If that's not available we set up our own microphones — radio mics for speakers, a board mic on the lectern, ambient mics for audience reaction.
360° event coverage
If your event would benefit from 360° or VR content — a virtual walkthrough of the venue, an immersive replay of a keynote, or behind-the-scenes footage for next year's marketing — that work is handled by my sister studio Catch Reality. Same crew, same director; I can run both on the same shoot.

"The Promo Video team filmed one of our larger events. They were very accommodating and provided live streaming and on-the-fly editing as well as a full video and photography. Despite a few setbacks with venue equipment they solved the technical issues so the event ran smoothly."

How many cameras do you bring to a conference?
For a typical multi-camera setup we bring 3 cameras — a close-up on the speaker, a wide stage shot including the screen, and an audience camera for questions and reactions. We add a 4th camera for slide close-ups when slide legibility matters.
Can you live stream to YouTube, Facebook or our own platform?
Yes — to any RTMP-capable platform. The stream can be a single camera or a fully mixed multi-camera production with on-screen titles, lower-thirds and graphics. The mix is also recorded so you have a finished version of the session immediately.
How quickly can we get the highlight reel after the event?
A rough cut within a week of the shoot, with up to two rounds of revisions before delivery. Faster turnaround is possible — tell us the deadline up-front.
Do you take audio from the venue mixing desk?
Yes, that's our preference for clean speaker audio. If a desk feed isn't available we set up our own radio mics and ambient mics.
Can you film an event in 360°?
Yes — 360° event coverage runs through my sister studio Catch Reality. Same crew and director, so we can capture conventional and 360° footage on the same shoot for one combined fee.
